Membership of the IAME includes researchers, operators, investors, government officials  and policy-makers.  The IAME is an international forum for the exchange of information and views among specialists in maritime and maritime related areas.  In more recent times, with the development of integrated supply chains and logistics, membership has expanded to include specialists in maritime related and supply chain areas.
